Privacy Policy — Makkah EV Station

This Privacy Policy explains how Makkah EV Station ("we", "us") handles your information in the Makkah EV mobile app (package com.meccastation.mecastation). By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details — your mobile number (used to sign in and identify your account) and the name you provide.
• Vehicle details — the car make/model, plate, and connector type you enter, to match you with the right charger.
• Charging & activity data — your charging sessions, reservations, loyalty points, wallet balance, café/car-wash orders, and invoices.
• Device & push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send you charge-status and order notifications, plus basic device/app info and language.
• Usage analytics — anonymous app-usage events via Firebase Analytics to improve the app.

We do not collect payment card details in the app, and we do not sell your data.

How we use your information

• To operate charging sessions and show your live status, history, and invoices.
• To manage reservations, loyalty rewards, café orders, and car-wash bookings.
• To send you notifications about your charges and orders.
• To provide support and improve the service.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the app work — for example Google Firebase (notifications and analytics). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share your data for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We keep your account and charging records for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which removes your account and its associated data.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile in the app, delete your account, and turn notifications off from your device settings. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us below.

Children

The app is intended for drivers and is not directed to children under 13.

سياسة الخصوصية — محطة مكة للشحن

توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل محطة مكة للشحن مع معلوماتك في تطبيق مكة (المعرّف com.meccastation.mecastation). باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب — رقم هاتفك المحمول (لتسجيل الدخول وتعريف حسابك) والاسم الذي تدخله.
• بيانات المركبة — نوع السيارة ورقم اللوحة ونوع القابس، لمطابقتك مع الشاحن المناسب.
• بيانات الشحن والنشاط — جلسات الشحن والحجوزات ونقاط الولاء ورصيد المحفظة وطلبات الكافيه وغسيل السيارة والفواتير.
• رمز الجهاز والإشعارات — رمز Firebase لإرسال إشعارات حالة الشحن والطلبات، إضافةً إلى معلومات أساسية عن الجهاز واللغة.
• تحليلات الاستخدام — أحداث استخدام مجهّلة عبر Firebase Analytics لتحسين التطبيق.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع داخل التطبيق، ولا نبيع بياناتك.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

لتشغيل جلسات الشحن وعرض حالتك وسجلّك وفواتيرك، وإدارة الحجوزات والمكافآت وطلبات الكافيه وغسيل السيارة، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتقديم الدعم وتحسين الخدمة.

المشاركة والاحتفاظ

نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لعمل التطبيق (مثل Google Firebase). نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً، ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب.
