الشروط والأحكام — محطة مكة للشحن

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق محطة مكة للشحن وخدمات الشحن والولاء والكافيه وغسيل السيارات المقدَّمة من خلاله. بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

حسابك

• قدّم معلومات صحيحة (الاسم ورقم الهاتف والمركبة واللوحة) وحافظ على سرّية كلمة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط في حسابك.
• حساب واحد لكل شخص ولكل جهاز. للحفاظ على عدالة الولاء، يسمح التطبيق بحساب واحد لكل جهاز، وقد يُمنع أو يُحذف إنشاء حسابات إضافية.
• مركبة واحدة، حساب واحد. يمكن تسجيل كل مركبة (لوحة) على حساب واحد فقط. يمكن لسائق ثانٍ لنفس السيارة الانضمام كسائق مشارك عبر دعوة من صاحب الحساب، بحد أقصى سائقَين لكل مركبة، ويتشاركان رصيد نقاط واحد. قد يتم منع أو دمج أو حذف التسجيلات المكررة لنفس المركبة.
• يجب أن تكون في سنّ الأهلية القانونية في بلدك لامتلاك حساب.

الشحن

• يبدأ الشحن بواسطة موظفي المحطة. لتتبّع جلستك وكسب نقاط الولاء، امسح رمز QR الخاص بالشاحن من التطبيق وأنت داخل المحطة فعلياً.
• تتبع أسعار الشحن تعرفة المحطة حسب وقت الاستخدام، وهي قابلة للتغيير. المبلغ المعروض للجلسة يحتسبه الشاحن.
• يعتمد الشحن على أجهزة الشاحن والشبكة، ولا نضمن توفّراً دون انقطاع.

نقاط الولاء والمكافآت

• تكسب نقاط الولاء على الشحنات كما هو موضّح في التطبيق. النقاط والمستويات ليس لها قيمة نقدية وغير قابلة للتحويل وقد تتغيّر أو تنتهي.
• يمكن استبدال النقاط فقط بالمكافآت المدرجة في التطبيق وطالما كانت متوفرة.
• يحق لنا تعديل أو حجب أو إلغاء النقاط أو المكافآت أو الحسابات التي تُكتسب عبر الاحتيال أو الخطأ أو إساءة الاستخدام (مثل جمع النقاط دون شحن حقيقي أو إنشاء حسابات متعددة).

المحفظة والمدفوعات

أي رصيد في المحفظة مخصّص لخدمات المحطة وغير قابل للاسترداد نقداً ما لم نذكر خلاف ذلك. لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع داخل التطبيق.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا تُسئ استخدام التطبيق، ولا تحاول تجاوز الحماية أو حدّ الحساب الواحد لكل جهاز، ولا تعبث بالشواحن أو رموز QR، ولا تستخدم الخدمة بشكل غير قانوني.

التغييرات والإنهاء

قد نحدّث الميزات والأسعار والمكافآت وهذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك. يحق لنا تعليق أو إغلاق الحسابات المخالفة. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

Terms & Conditions — Makkah EV Station

These Terms govern your use of the Makkah EV Station mobile app and the charging, loyalty, café and car-wash services offered through it. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Provide accurate information (name, mobile number, vehicle and plate) and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person and per device. To keep loyalty fair, the app allows a single account per device; creating additional accounts may be blocked or removed.
• One vehicle, one account. Each vehicle (plate) can be registered to one account only. A second driver of the same car can join as a co-driver through the owner's invite, up to 2 drivers per vehicle, sharing one points pool. Duplicate registrations of the same vehicle may be blocked, merged or removed.
• You must be at least the age of legal capacity in your country to hold an account.

Charging

• Charging is started by station staff. To track your session and earn loyalty points, scan the charger's QR code from the app while you are physically at the station.
• Charging prices follow the station's published time-of-use tariff, which may change. The amount shown for a session is calculated by the charger.
• Charging depends on the charger hardware and network; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Loyalty points & rewards

• You earn loyalty points on charges as described in the app. Points and tiers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may change or expire.
• Points can be redeemed only for the rewards listed in the app, while they are available.
• We may adjust, withhold or cancel points, rewards or accounts obtained through fraud, error, or abuse (for example, farming points, scanning without a real charge, or creating multiple accounts).

Wallet & payments

Any wallet balance or credit is for use with station services and is not redeemable for cash unless we state otherwise. We do not collect payment-card details in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass security or the one-account-per-device limit, tamper with chargers or QR codes, or use the service unlawfully.

Changes & termination

We may update features, pricing, rewards and these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app or the availability of charging.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
